We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: People Operations Intern
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Support employee Onboarding by sending out welcome emails, sending out necessary documentation, and collating employee data
- Support recruitment and assessment of new talents
- Support performance management process within the organization.
- Manage benefits administration by ensuring that all new employees are registered on the HMO as at when due
- Support the team with planning and coordination of people initiatives
- Support Employee Offboarding by tracking resignations, sending out exit surveys etc.
- Any other task assigned by the People Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel desired
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of HR documents and other personal information.
- Has strong analytical skills.
- Have a genuine interest in Human Resources Management.
