Account Officer in an Interior and Logistics Company based in Lagos Job Vacancies Positions
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Filing of tax returns and order relevant documents
- Managing and maintaining the financial accounting system, and all accounting processes including daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash collections, and bank & inventory reconciliation
- Review the weekly/monthly reconciliations to remittance
- Making Payments to the bank when necessary
- Recording and Managing vendor payments
- Stamping and filing of payment documents
- Ensuring the correctness and integrity of accounting data processing in the excel sheet
- Carry out audit on office expenses and stock taking of items received from vendors to ensure there no discrepancies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Relevant qualifications will be an added advantage
